Contract Formation
2.1 Payment and Confirmation: A legally binding contract is created when you receive an email from us confirming acceptance of your order. Payment in full is required before any services are rendered.
2.2 Acknowledgment of Order: An acknowledgment email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
Ownership of Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, on this website are owned or licensed by Young Drivers School Limited. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited without prior permission.
Accuracy of Content
While we strive for accuracy in all content, pricing, and service descriptions, errors may occasionally occur. Pricing is correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change.
Liability for Computer Damage
While we make every effort to ensure our website is free from viruses and defects, we cannot guarantee this. It is your responsibility to use appropriate antivirus software. We are not liable for any damage to your computer unless caused by our negligence.
Availability of Services
We will deliver services within agreed timeframes. However, time shall not be of the essence in the performance of any services.
Pricing and Payment
7.1 Prices: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entry.
7.2 Payment Terms: Payment will be collected at the time of order using your provided payment method. We reserve the right to suspend services or cancel orders if payment is not received in full.
Your Rights to Cancel
8.1 Consumer Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of entering the contract, unless you have expressly requested us to begin services during this period (see 8.3).
8.2 Activity Cancellations: You may cancel an activity booking by providing at least 3 days’ notice. We will aim to offer a replacement date, but specific times cannot be guaranteed. Less than 3 days’ notice: No refund or replacement will be provided.
8.3 Commencement During the Cancellation Period: If you request services to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you may still cancel but will be charged for services provided up to the cancellation date.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
– Insufficient resources or staff to deliver the services.
– The services are not available in your area.
– Pricing errors due to typographical issues.
You will be refunded any payments made within 14 days of cancellation.
COVID-19 Protocols
10.1 We reserve the right to perform health checks, including temperature checks, and assess for potential COVID-19 symptoms.
10.2 If we believe you pose a health risk, your activity booking may be refused, and a non-transferable replacement date will be offered. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

We are obligated to provide services in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
12.1 General Liability: We are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business interruptions.
12.2 Exceptions: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for breaches of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Third-Party Rights
These terms are solely between you and us. No third party has any rights under these terms.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your complaint, you may refer to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform for further assistance.
Late Arrivals
19.1 It is important that clients arrive on time for their scheduled session. If a client arrives after the scheduled start time, the session will still end at the originally agreed time, and they will only receive the balance of the session.
19.2 Bookings cannot be altered within three days of a scheduled session.
19.3 No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or rescheduling.
19.4 This programme cannot be transferred to another service or used as credit against other DriveAge10 experiences.
19.5 Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the slot, at DriveAge10’s discretion.
Membership
20.1 Membership Payment Structure: The membership requires an initial non-refundable payment of £179, which is payable at the time of booking. Subsequent payments will be collected automatically via direct debit or another automated payment system.
20.2 Membership Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next payment cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and payments made in advance are non-refundable.
20.3 Participants under 10 years old or below 4’8” (142cm) in height must be declared in advance.
20.4 All participants must be physically and mentally able to take part. Please notify us of any medical conditions before booking.
20.5 A parent or guardian must complete registration on arrival for participants under 18.
20.6 Sessions will continue in most weather conditions, but may be rescheduled in extreme weather at no extra cost.
20.7 Instructors reserve the right to end a session or remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour.
